All customers placing orders with "TVS" must fill in the Copyright/Waiver form on every order placed, which will be sent to you by your account manager and will need to be received before we can process your order.
"TVS" have been in this industry for many years, we are totally aware of the damage piracy fraud can cause the industry and are 100% against any form of Copyright theft and will not tolarate any type of misconception whats so ever.
"TVS" have the right to contact MCPS/BPI at any point during processing your order before or after, we may contact other industry bodies and may excersie this right at any point.
Please be fully aware of what could happen if you attempt to do any type of bootlegging/fraud as "TVS" will not be held responsible and will have no choice but to report you to the correct legal bodies.
If you are not sure if you need a licence for the goods you wish to manufacture please contact the MCPS immediately before attempting to place any ordes with any manufacturers, you can also contact the ifpi at any point.
